客室の内風呂は温泉ではありません。大浴場・貸切風呂・足湯、露天風呂付客室（凛・琥珀）は温泉です。
In-room tubs are not hot springs. Public bath, private bath and footbath are hot springs; open-air bath rooms (Rin/Kohaku) are hot springs.

チェックインは15:00～19:00、チェックアウトは10:00。夕食の都合上19:00までにご到着をお願いします。18:00を過ぎる場合はご一報ください。レイトチェックアウトは1時間2,200円、最大11:00まで。
Our Check-in time is 3pm–7pm and Check-out is 10am. Please arrive by 7pm for dinner preparation. If arrival will be after 6–7pm, please let us know. Late check-out: ¥2,200 per hour, latest 11:00.

お子様向けのベジタリアン料理は対応不可です。大人と同じ料理でのベジタリアン対応は可能ですので、追加料金(￥16,500/お子様お一人あたり)が発生します。
事前のご連絡が必須で、チェックイン当日の対応はいたしかねます。
We are unable to accommodate vegetarian requests for children's meals.
However, we can provide a vegetarian version of the same dishes served to adults for an additional charge of ¥16,500 per child.
Advance notice is required, as we cannot accommodate requests made on the day of check-in.

For a kagezen that includes dishes requiring an open flame, such as hot pot (nabe), the price is ¥8,800 (tax included).
For a kagezen without hot pot dishes, the price is ¥6,600 (tax included).
Please let us know at least three days prior to your stay.
Please note that we are unable to accommodate requests to specify the dining location (in-room dining or private dining room). We kindly ask that you consult with us at the time of booking.
高膳（テーブル・椅子）で食事を取りたい。
We would like to dine at a table with chairs (rather than seated on the floor).
お部屋での食事ではなく、宴会場の個室での食事となります。
In that case, your meal will be served in a private room within our banquet hall, rather than in your guest room.

What if there are foods I can’t eat?
お客様のご希望に合わせた個別のお料理はご用意しておりませんが、可能な範囲で対応いたします。
■アレルギー：
そばや甲殻類など、特定の食材を使用しないご要望は個別に対応いたします。ただし、調味料やだしなどに小麦・大豆などのアレルゲンが含まれる場合や、調理器具にごく微量の残留が生じる場合があり、完全な除去は保証いたしかねます。
■ベジタリアン：
ご対応可能です。ただし、お子様メニューでのご対応はできかねます。お子様向けの料理でベジタリアン対応をご希望の場合は、大人と同じ料理への変更をご検討ください。（追加料金：￥16,500 / 人｜要事前連絡）
■対応不可：
重度のアレルギーをお持ちの方（乳幼児を含む）、ヴィーガン（完全菜食）、ハラル食、グルテンフリー食への対応は承っておりません。
その他のご要望はお気軽にご相談ください。内容によっては対応できかねる場合がございます。
Unfortunately, we cannot prepare individual dishes to cater to guests' personal preferences; however, we will do our best to accommodate where possible.
■Allergies:
We can cater to guests with allergies for individual items such as buckwheat noodles or shellfish. Please be aware that in some cases, seasonings or other ingredients may contain allergens such as wheat or soy, and while we can respond to requests not to use certain ingredients, kitchen equipment may retain some traces of these.
■Vegetarian:
We are able to cater to vegetarian guests. Please note, however, that this is not available for the children's menu. Should you wish to arrange a vegetarian meal for a child, we kindly ask that you consider changing to the same dishes served to adults. (Additional charge: ¥16,500 per person｜advance notice required)
■Not available:
We are unable to accommodate those with serious allergies (including infants and children), vegans, guests requiring halal meals, or those who require a gluten-free meal.
For any other requests, please feel free to consult us, though we may be unable to accommodate them depending on their nature.

All online reservations are paid in full by credit card (charged on reservation date; “KONANSOU (Jalan)” on statement). Cancellation fees apply. Cards accepted: VISA, MASTER, JCB, AMEX, DINERS, UC, SAISON, NICOS, DC.
