客室にバスタオル・フェイスタオル各1枚とハブラシ。大浴場にクシ・カミソリをご用意。
In-room: 1 bath towel, 1 face towel, toothbrush. In large public bath: comb and razor.
子供用浴衣はありますか?

ございます。サイズはご到着時にお選びください。大浴場にベビーバス・ベビーシャンプーあり。
Yes. Several sizes available upon arrival. Baby bath and baby shampoo are in the large public bath.
客室のお風呂は温泉ですか?
Do you have hot springs in a guest room?
客室の内風呂は温泉ではありません。大浴場・貸切風呂・足湯、露天風呂付客室（凛・琥珀）は温泉です。
In-room tubs are not hot springs. Public bath, private bath and footbath are hot springs; open-air bath rooms (Rin/Kohaku) are hot springs.
食事なしでも宿泊できますか？

1歳以下の添寝は無料。2歳以上は入館料3,300円（朝食ビュッフェ込み）。バウンサー・ベビーカー貸出あり（要事前連絡・数に限り）。
Free for under 1 sharing bed. Age 2+ admission fee ¥3,300 incl. breakfast buffet. Bouncer/stroller rental available (limited; please inquire).

チェックインは15:00～19:00、チェックアウトは10:00。夕食の都合上19:00までにご到着をお願いします。18:00を過ぎる場合はご一報ください。レイトチェックアウトは1時間2,200円、最大11:00まで。
Our Check-in time is 3pm–7pm and Check-out is 10am. Please arrive by 7pm for dinner preparation. If arrival will be after 6–7pm, please let us know. Late check-out: ¥2,200 per hour, latest 11:00.

7:15～9:30（最終入場9:00）。朝食ブッフェ会場「萌木（MOEGI）」。
7:15am–9:30am (last admission 9:00). Served at buffet hall “MOEGI”.

夕食は客室または個室食事処（基本選択不可）。歩行困難等は要相談。朝食は「萌木」。
